Shipping Policy

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is free, and your order is delivered within 14 days of purchase.

Greenhouses leave the warehouse flat-packed on a pallet and travel by LTL freight carrier. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window, and someone over 18 must be present to sign. Delivery is curbside: plan for two people to move the pallet to where you are building. Accessories ship by standard parcel carrier to your door.

Inspect before you sign. If the shrink wrap is torn or a box is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. If you find damage after unpacking, email photos to support@greenlyhouse.com within 5 days of delivery and we will ship replacement parts at no cost.
