Greenlyhouse is a brand owned and operated by MaSerreVerte SAS.

All prices are in US dollars and include all taxes. The price you see is the price you pay, with no additions at checkout. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Products are greenhouse kits that ship flat-packed and require assembly. You are responsible for a suitable level foundation, proper anchoring, and compliance with any local requirements that apply where you live. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Every greenhouse comes with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame and panels, starting on the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, improper assembly or anchoring, unauthorized modifications, or events exceeding the structural specifications on the product page. To make a claim, email support@greenlyhouse.com with your order number and photos.

These terms are governed by the laws of France and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Paris, France. If you are purchasing as a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
